Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking a session at Pearland Podcast Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Studio Bookings

All session bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pearland Podcast Studio. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Bookings are made for the time period specified; unused time within a session block is not carried over or refunded.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked session rate.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session rate. We understand emergencies happen; please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

4. Studio Conduct

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests they bring into the studio. You agree to treat the space and all equipment with care. Any damage to equipment or property caused by clients or their guests will be billed at cost for repair or replacement.

We reserve the right to end any session immediately and without refund if studio policies are violated or if the safety of staff or equipment is at risk.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content recorded during your session. Pearland Podcast Studio does not claim any rights to your recordings, show name, or intellectual property.

By booking a session, you grant us permission to reference your project in our portfolio or marketing materials (e.g., "recorded at Pearland Podcast Studio") unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Deliverables & Turnaround

Editing and post-production deliverables are typically provided within 24–48 hours of session completion. Turnaround time may vary based on session complexity and current workload. We will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. For hourly and half-day sessions, payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed. Monthly retainer clients are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

We accept major payment methods as specified at booking. Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pearland Podcast Studio is not liable for technical failures, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazoria County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
