Common questions

Do I need to bring anything?

No. All microphones, headphones, cables, and software are included. Just show up with your content and your guests.

Can I add editing to an hourly session?

Yes. Editing and post-production can be added to any session as an add-on. Ask us for a quote when you book.

How many guests can record at once?

Our setup supports up to four simultaneous microphone inputs, ideal for a host plus up to three guests.

What format will I receive my files in?

Raw sessions are delivered as WAV files per track. Finished episodes are delivered as loudness-normalized MP3 and WAV masters.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Monthly retainer clients get priority access to the calendar.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Within 48 hours a 50% fee applies. See our Terms of Service for full details.
